Terms of use

These terms describe how ClipTitle's AI transcription service and credits work. Purchases are also subject to the Microsoft Store's terms.

Subscriptions and monthly allowance

• Each subscription includes a monthly transcription allowance that starts on your subscription date and renews each billing period (for example 23 September → 23 October).
• Unused monthly allowance does not roll over to the next period.
• If a subscription is cancelled, refunded or fails to renew, its remaining monthly allowance ends.

Extra credits

• Extra credits are used after your monthly allowance and do not reset when your subscription renews.
• Extra credits only expire if the product description says so.

Fair use

To protect the service, ClipTitle applies rate limits, daily audio limits and automated abuse detection. Accounts that abuse the service may have AI access paused while we investigate.

Charges

Transcription is charged per second of audio at the price shown in the app. Failed transcriptions are not charged. Your balance shown in the app is the authoritative record kept by ClipTitle's server.
